Welcome to Zirola Shope. Since all our products are personalized and custom-made specially for each customer, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
Personalized Products
All products sold on Zirola Shope are customized according to the photo, design, or details provided by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of these products:
- We do not accept returns.
- We do not provide refunds.
- We do not offer exchanges once the order is confirmed.
- we have full rights to edit the no of colors and colour options for the art - we can edit from our ends without informing
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After production has started, cancellation will not be possible.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective item,
- or the wrong product,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable solution if applicable.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to:
- Upload clear and correct photos.
- Enter accurate shipping details.
- Review customization details carefully before placing the order.
Zirola Shope will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
